Did you know that Census data are used as the basis for distributing more than $675 billion in federal funds annually to states, counties, and communities to support resources such as schools, hospitals, and fire departments?

EVERYONE in Noble County Counts!

► The Noble County Complete Count Committee (CCC) is a volunteer committee established by The Board of Noble County Commissioners. The Co-chairs are Darlene Miser (Co-Chair of the Noble Co. Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors) and Gwynn Stewart (Ohio State Univ. Community Development Educator). The goal of the Committee is to increase awareness and motivate residents to respond to the 2020 Census. Success of the census depends on community involvement at every level.

► The once-a-decade population count provides rich data on communities, including trends in the population, projections of growth, and information on demographics.

► The Complete Count Committee has volunteers from various segments of the greater community and while they will target ALL residents, they also work to target hard-to-reach populations (senior citizens, those with a disability, children, those in poverty, households with multiple families, to name a few). The Noble Committee has representatives including: Government; Business; Education; Community organizations (ie: Senior Citizens, Disability, Children); and Faith-based organizations.
