Three OSU CFAES Offices will be affected by a bridge replacement on State Route 821 in Belle Valley, Ohio (Noble County). The bridge closure is located near the intersection of State Route 821 and State Route 215 and will be closed starting July 9 for 45 days. Local traffic can get around the closure by driving through Belle Valley and taking small village streets between the two state routes.

The offices affected include:

  • OSU Extension, Noble County Office (46049 Marietta Road, Suite 2, Caldwell)
  • OSU Extension Southeast Region Office/SERO (16714 Wolf Run Road/SR 215, Caldwell)
  • Eastern Agricultural Research Station/EARS (Wolf Run Road/SR 215, Caldwell)

If exiting Interstate 77 at Belle Valley (Exit 28), turn left off of SR 821 onto the first street at Liberty Grocery (street is unmarked). At the Belle Valley United Methodist Church, turn right onto Wolf Run Drive. This road will dead end at SR 215. If you are going to the Noble County Office, turn right onto SR 215 and then left onto SR 821 and proceed as normal. If you are going to the SERO or EARS, turn left onto SR 215 and proceed as normal.
