2026 Community Development Block Grant Program
Noble County intends to apply for PY 2026 Community Development grant funds administered by the Office of Community Development. Noble County could be eligible for the following grants: $150,000 Allocation; $750,000 Neighborhood Revitalization; $500,000 Critical Infrastructure; $500,000 Economic Development; and $750,000 Residential Public Infrastructure.

The first of two (or more) public hearings will be held for Noble County on

Monday, January 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

to provide citizens with pertinent information about the above programs, including an explanation of eligible activities, fair housing requirements, and related infrastructure improvements. The activities must be designed to primarily benefit low- or moderate-income persons or aid in the prevention or elimination of slum and blight.

Citizens are encouraged to attend this meeting on Monday, January 26, 2026 to provide their input to Noble County’s programs
