Ohio State University Extension Community Development to Host Historic Tax Credits Virtual Lunch & Learn Feb. 4

Now that the Caldwell Downtown Historic District is official, property owners and community leaders should join us to learn more about the Historic Tax Credit programs during a virtual lunch and learn Feb 4.

Hosted by Ohio State University Extension Noble County Community Development, the Virtual Lunch and Learn is free and will be Feb. 4 from Noon – 1 p.m. via Zoom.

The program is coordinated by Community Development Educator Gwynn Stewart - Noble Co. Extension and will be led by Joyce Barrett, Executive Director of Heritage Ohio which fosters economic development and sustainability through preservation of historic buildings, revitalization of downtowns and neighborhood commercial districts, and promotion of cultural tourism.
