The Ohio State University Extension – Noble County Community Development program will provide scholarships for local entrepreneurs or small businesses who want to attend The 2022 B.I.G. (Build, Innovate, Grow) Workshop Nov. 2 from 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Marietta College. The event features five tracks with 15 sessions, networking and more.

If your goal is to BUILD a new business, find INNOVATIVE solutions for your business-related problems, or to GROW your business, The BIG workshop is for you!

The educational event is for owners of small and medium-size businesses, pre-startups and startups or professionals in marketing/sales; finance/accounting or Human resources/personnel in small and medium size businesses. Topics include sessions such as Strategies for Starting a New Business; Rethinking Remote Work in a Post-Pandemic Workplace; Are You Leaving Money on the Table? and Top Ten Reasons Any Business Fails, just to name a few.

“The BIG Workshop is an excellent place for those interested in starting or building their business to get a wealth of information in one location,” said Community Development Educator Gwynn Stewart. “At Ohio State University Extension, we encourage professional development for local entrepreneurs and business leaders and this annual event is an excellent regional resource.”
