Dawn came to OSU Extension – Noble County from Marietta City School District where she was employed for 15 years. She served as the district’s Education Management Information System (EMIS) Coordinator. She was responsible for reporting all student, staff, and district data to the state education department to ensure compliance with state reporting requirements and providing accurate data for funding.

Dawn started her career as a Community Development Program Coordinator with OSU Extension in July 2022. She assists the Community Development Program Educator with planning, conducting, and follow-up of the CD Program for Noble County. County program areas for grant administration and project management include Community Development Block Grant and other competitive grants.

Dawn also works with local non-profits, villages, and townships in securing funding and administering grants such as the Ohio Arts Council, Ohio History Fund, Marathon Sustainability Grant, Noble County Community Foundation, ODNR NatureWorks, and other available resources.
