How to Sumbit Your Application
- Download and complete all required forms in the packet.
- Submit the completed application by mail, email or in person to: gelley.2@osu.edu or sayre.241@osu.edu | 46049 Marietta Road, Suite 2, Caldwell, OH 43724
- Applications must be received by April 10th.
- Garden plots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
